PHI ACCELERATOR IS...
An online tool and method that makes learning fun, easy and exciting for large groups of colleagues. People want to change, but do not want to be changed. PHI Accelerator enables people - in six to twelve weeks, 10 minutes a week - to participate and think about the organization objectives to give substance to the circular economy in daily work. The themes are framed in such a way that they connect to the social environment of the organization.
